Head ache FREE....for now!
Wish to thank everyone for their support, whether you knew it or not, but it is there just reading your posts. This was the shortest episode I have ever had. Don't know what caused that, but not complaining. I used oxygen for the first time and it worked. I added Margi's water treatment...not as much as she said...but before never drank water. also added exercise as recommended in the book i posted.
if you are new here, recommend you read my post of 12 July, "Cluster Diagnosis". The exercise part was listed there. It felt so good to get through an episode without any chemicals.
I will continue to come and read and comment when i have something. Would also like to thank DJ for this site. It has been a blessing. And have met some real cool people here. My ICQ list has really grown. My email address is listed and readily accept hearing from anyone.
