Same thing happened to me I thought I was all done with clusters and after about two years they started again. Don't know if it is our body getting used to the medication or just another cycle coming on. In any case mine went chronic but were controlable with medication. (Had several lighter headaches every day and never knew when they were going to go to a full blown attack). I tried about everything and what finally worked was takeing Inderial in conjuction with the Verapamil. If they start up again I think I would look into trying Ratalin that they have been talking about on this sight. Hope this info helps.
