Hi Jayne.. I have had 3 migraines in the past 3 yrs
all while in remission from my clusters. The pain
of the cluster is worse, (in my case) however,
I found the combination of symptoms with migraine
ie vomiting hot and cold sweats, is also quite
debillitating. Thing is, with the migraine I
was always able to find a way to make it more
tolerable. By getting in a dark quiet place,
or even eventually falling asleep. No way
possible to outrun a cluster. They both suck
but the cluster is here for good, and I'd trade
for a migrain anytime. Hope this helps.
