I've done all three types, and also (strangely) note that the nasal spray is in between the two (25 mg). The medicinal power seems to be the same, they always kill my headache off.
I break the pills in half and they still work. If it's severe (7 or better on the Kip Scale) I go for the nasal spray if oxygen doesn't get it quickly. I don't do the injections anymore since they cost so much more than the nasal sprays and are only a little bit faster (for me). This year's cycle would have sent me to the poorhouse if not for oxygen!!
