My CH's are on the right side with pain radiating along the right jaw. There's no TMJ but I am a bad clencher who's successfully managed to shatter teeth independent of the CH. There's also a weird involvement with a nerve which runs into the upper right bridge of my mouth. Pain manifests itself here before expanding to the jaw. The nerve is degrading causing several virgin teeth to die. This was the same pathway where shingles first extenally manifested itself during its episode in 10/86. My first CH occured in 8/87. It provides interesting grist for the docs and dents.
