Except for the sensitivity to light and sound and the Prozac thing., it sounds like cluster pain. I’ve had clusters for 43 years and I’ve been taking Prozac daily for over five years. It has been my experience that Prozac has no effect, one way or the other, on cluster headaches. It’s also been my experience that I don’t become sensitive to either light or sound during a cluster attacck.
