This may be a breakthrough for me. Last Friday I began a new series at 2am. I had an appt. with PCP for lab work, almost cancelled but I thought I would be better off there so they could do something for me than being home alone, so I went anyway (received oxygen and 2nd and last Imitrex Injection for the day) Lab results came back and she just called. I was taking Synthroid 200 mg. for Hypothyroidism since November 98. My test showed that my thyroid medicine was way too high. She cut it to 0.15 mg. A big cut wouldn't you say.
History: At my yearly physical with my GYN it was discovered that I had hypothyroidism and he placed me on the Synthroid and I've been taking it ever since. I had been pain free for about 3 years, until December 28, 1998. I have been plagued with CHs ever since.
This session has been here everyday since last Friday morning at 2 a.m. Just can't seem to get this one to stop.
Any experts on thyroid medicine and it's properties or relationship to CH? Would that extra Synthroid cause my BP to rise and my pulse. My BP is staying up now. I just blammed it on the series I'm in now.
Also, how long will it take my system to get rid of all the extra Synthroid?

I was trying to catch up on all the day's posts that I almost let the pharmacy close before I went to pick up new Rxs.
