Several M.D.s have commented on their use of Zoloft and report quite mixed results ranging from success to increasing attacks. One said he had one case where the attacks declined after one-month--but not much evidence to draw conclusions.
There was agree that two anti-depressants nefazodone (Serzone) and trazodone (Desyrel) were clearly causing an increase in attacks and to be avoided.
The use of Zoloft (and other SSRIs) for headache is part of on-going series of trials but the evidence is a long wasy from being conclusive.
