22 Years ago. I had some pain in my lower jaw, but mainly in my upper palate. Later it spread behind my eye. Thought I had An abcess in my upper molar. I think the pain can shift,mainly from facial pain I used to get and the temporal paim more significantly, then all over on the side effected. This has been my experience with clusters for 24 years short bouts, remission, longer bouts, more intense,Episopic, Etc.
I really do not remember symptoms precluding a CH that long ago except the pain seemed to shift to different areas of my right side the temporal area and occular pain seemed to effect my right; radiating impulses of pain twords my TMJ( not to be confused with TMJ syndrome )and and the right side of my chin. But maninly, I have the classic onsets of CH symptoms we have a some what of a unique set of symptoms that are rare, but I reckon it is an individual thing. PFP,dc
