IMHO
you're better off doing it yourself, with info from this msg bd, than getting mixed up with a clinic that is devoted to migraines
find yourself a doc that really knows CH
this will PROBABLY be a neurologist, but maybe not
one of the best informed docs I've run into was working as an optometrist, had a PhD in some related field, but for whatever reason had "adopted" CH as his pet passion - and he more than willing to act as a "consultant", helping me know how to deal with the MDs I was running around to, who were all CLUELESS (about 20 years ago)
ask the doc to tell you what his diagnosis of CH would require/include .. if you hear him include it with migraine, or otherwise not discriminate it as a very definite malady on its own - look elsewhere
if he tells you it's mostly men, starts in middle age, etc - get the hell away, he's about 20 years behind the curve on his updates
ask him how succesful he is with oxygen treatment - if he doesn't know, or use it, he's way back in the pack
ask him if he has heard of Dr Goadsby's work - just to see if he's keeping up
ask him how many CH patients he is caring for NOW
if he is REALLY qualified on CH he will know why you're asking
if not - who cares what he thinks of you
good luck
