Dear Mike,
At first I get very quite. I try not to lash out at my family. I realize it`s not their fault. This is something that took me a long time to control. I would yell and scream,hit kick, do the CH dance. Which alway`s in the end made me feel worse. When I feel it coming on and I`m at home my bedroom is where I run to. My daughter still doesnt quit understand what`s going on.
I`m in my room I can crying,bang. I learned to get a hitting bag. Replacing thing`s that I broke out of frustration was begining to add up.
Alway`s after I feel like going and not stopping. Who know`s how long I have till the next one hit`s.
