I have realized when I am in a cycle, and come my regular bedtime, and I can't get to sleep...it's gonna be a biggie, with a long night following.
As to after...during the early part of the cycle I feel fine, unless I've taken medication. the meds seem to drag me down and make me tired.
Later in the cycle, repeated attacks and sleep deprivation make me tired.
I was there this week...and there are some surprised people at my office because I got so cranky...let it be know...don't mess with a sleep deprived clusterhead!
