I agree with Kip - Get help somewhere else. I spent a week at a "very well respected 'headache' clinic" in Houston. My opinion of it BULL SHIT!
I got NO help and I don't think anyone there even knew what a CH was. Find another neuro that has access to CH info. And go PREPARED with printouts from this site. Make them listen to you and MAKE them do something. We have to be assertive or we'll forever be lumped in with migraines and that's like putting gold fish and sharks in the same category. They both have fins and they both live in water - end of similarity! Same with Mig. and CH.
