Brad, I haven't tried it but that's not to say it can't be effective! It's worth discussing with a neurologist along with the other preventives we try. I understand it is an antidepressive / anti-panic / anti-compulsive drug, which to me means it must do some of the same things that Ritalin does. Ritalin has been successful in some cases I've seen here.
