from your email addy, you're a webtv'r. unfortunately, webtv does not support ICQ, which is a program that allows us to 'instant message' and real time chat with other ICQ'rs.
Your best option is to search the archives for Shellie's post about Talk City. She set up a clusterheads chat room their, and webtv will get you into Talk City.
