Thank you. Especially for newer people theses tips may be invauable. The water treatment and dramamine are new to me with this site and I will try them. I cant emphasize the importance of relaxation/meditation/selfhypnosis practice enough for easing the anger, panic and frustration of attacks. These exercises have greatly reduced at least the neck pain for me. I've been using ice for some time - whether it slows the blood or cools it (constricting vessels?) I dont know. What I do now when I'm cought without O2 is put a bag in freezer or cooler - toss in water n onset and bathe face, some in towell, soak hand - at least it's distracting and gives me s/th to do, some control.
Interested in peoples ideas about meditation and visualization - it has helped with at least the minor bouts.
