As I'm flying to the US on Sunday from England, has anyone
got any tips for severe headaches when flying at high altitude.
I've had this every time I've flown for the past 2 years (since I
had a serious sinus infection). This only comes on when the
plane has been in the air for approximately an hour, not on
take off or landing.
I went to see the doctor over here (England) who suggested that I suck
sweets! I've now got some co-proxamol tablets and I'm hoping
they will be strong enough. Any other advice/tips???
