Give the grape juice and gingerale a try, what could it hurt. My hubby drank it everyday for three weeks and no headache or shadows, he also takes 240 verapamil. Maybe his cycle was about to be over, who knows. But it worked for him and he did it everyday because he thought it worked. He now is taking 1/2 pill of verapamil, he is trying to wean off the meds, hopefully the demon in really gone, until next time.
