Thanks, DocGreg! Many of us have suspected you read as much as you can, and you do occasionally post a reply, sharing your expertise. And you wisely stay above the doc-directed vents.But to post your email and invite direct questions!!!! Wow!!! That's above and beyond the call of duty for a guy who must be far busier than the average non-doctor.
Once again, I'm amazed at the compassion clusterheads demonstrate.
