I missed work yesterday and am catching up on all the postings, so I hope this one isn't too far down for you to check! My boyfriend saw Dr. Diamond several years ago for his clusters. Diamond put him in the hospital for several weeks for something called a histamine drip. Didn't help his CHs much, but he did meet his ex-wife while in the hospital! (Maybe that's why she's his ex....) Anyway, Bryan didn't LIKE Dr. Diamond as a person; he found him arrogant and not very willing to listen, which is fairly common among all doctors, I think. But I've seen quite a few postings on this board from people whom Dr. Diamond has helped, and so I certainly do think it would be worth your time to see him for yourself.
