A rise in your systolic pressure (the top number) is a normal response during stress and pain. Your pressures are very consistent with a stress response. And remember, a lot of what is going on in a cluster headache has to do with the vessels in the brain (hence why clusters are considered a vascular headache). A generalized vasoconstriction can certainly increase a persons pressure. The zomig could contribute to this.
Your pressures are not horribly high, but they are high. I would certainly check your pressures when you are not having a headache, and discuss them with your doctor. If your pressures are only elevated during a cluster...and the diastolic (lower number) remains basically normal (as your's were), it is most likely just your body responding to the pick that is about to be shoved into your head.
