the injection, 10 minutes until it works; for the
nasal spray, 20 minutes; for the tablets, 1/2 hour.
I decided to be a bit conservative and start with
the nasal spray. Also, I think with the spray,
side effects might be less than with the injection.
I forget--have you tried Prednisone? Right now,
that's my miracle drug.
I haven't tried Xylocaine. I heard that Lidocaine
nose drops are sometimes effective. My oxygen is
definitely not as effective as in the past.
It's almost laughable. Here's my medical buffet,
set out for tonight: an ice chest with an ice
pack inside; a thermos with some hot, black coffee;
a glass of water; an oxygen tank; and some Imitrex
nasal spray. I feel like a gladiator going into
battle.
