During my first several years as a chronic sufferer, I would get clusters anywhere. They came at the same 5 times every day, unless I did something to trigger one, like toss down a nice bourbon and water. Other triggers during that time were hiking (same spot on the trail every time) and changes in altitude (same place on the highway). After many years of many different medicines, mine are just like yours, most of the time. I had a cluster attack yesterday morning at work, but that was the first one in over a month. Nearly all of them now arrive during evening relaxation (yeah, right) or about an hour after going to sleep.
I am currently injecting 1mg DHE-45 every evening, and have been able to have quite a few days with no attack in this manner.
Drinking LOTS of water also seems to help a lot also. Here's to you having a restful night's sleep!
