Yes, Mike is the same way. I've learned how to take BP now because of his C/H and we have a cuff at home here. When he is under attack, his resting pressure is 160/120 which is really scary, the bottom number should NEVER be that high. Mike is a very fit guy so weight is not an issue and normally he is about 130/80.
His heart races as well and his temperature elevates. All restores to normal when the attack passes.
Hope this gives you some level of comfort to know that this is probably just another quirk of The Beast.
