i've only been on the internet since Jan 99 and as my
last nightmare weeks occurred in oct 98 i was hoping
that that was it (wishful thinking)- but mow they're
back. i thought i'd look on the net for help - god
knows my GP has not got a clue.
as you all know alcohol is not a friend during these
times (especially in moderation). last weekend at my
best friend's wedding (i'm 29 and i've known him for
25 years) i decided not to drink in order to enjoy the
day to the fullest - well what do you know i still had
a vicious cluster attack.
so this weekend at another friend's wedding (double
wedding actually) i decided that attack was the best
form of defence and got stuck into G & T and beer with
startling vigour
although i still had an attack or two i managed to
drink through them (with the help of a couple of
diazepam tabs) and had a great day.
