Thanks for the simple advice. Being locked into an HMO for my health care makes changing doctors a bit of a chore, besides trying to find a new one who is willing to prescribe other possibilities. Since my last move to a new doctor all of my passed records have gotten lost, hence I have only a small written medical history of CH. Altho, I have experienced them for the last 25 years (they came to me after I moved from the midwest to the desert southwest...interesting!).
I do use ercaf suppositories with good success for the 8-10's. And oxygen has helped in the early weeks of my CH attakcs.
I am just looking for other possible drugs with possibly fewer side effects. The ercaf leaves my joints quite sore. And I am very loyal to the five out of every seven days suggestion for use. Last year I suffered thru two horrendous nights just to be able to take the ercaf on my birthday and have a nicer night of it. A weird life we lead.
Thanks again for the advice.
