The last time someone suggested to me that the pain
was not as bad as I made it out to be, I was at about
a level 8 for 1-1/2hrs. I suggested that this person
go to my garage and get my sledge hammer, put his hand
on the cement floor and let me hit his hand, let the
pain build and start to subside, hit it again, and
continue this process for an hour and one half.
Sound stupid, well I have been hit with a sledge hammer
and had ch for 16 years, would volunteer to get hit
with the sledge once again if it would get rid of
the ch's.
I dont think it is possible to overstate the pain
associated with these headaches.
