Yes to all or at least most of those. check the survey on this site. It will give you some info, especially on smoking and other life factors. On the subject of doctors, some are great and know exactly what they are doing, and some just finished their final act on Keystone Cops! I have a good friend that is a doctor, and I love the way he put it to me. He said there were people in his graduating class that he wouldn't let touch him if his life depended on it, but they would still have DR attached to their name. It doesn't matter if they graduate with a 4.0, or a 1.0, they just have to pass. Dr.'s are only human, so search till you find one that can help, and is willing to listen. It's frustrating, but don't give up.
