From all of my reading and interviewing docs and watching the posts on this board, I think that for some people stress can be a trigger, but for others it's a preventer! That's the biggest enigma to the disease for me. Some medicines work for some, but not for others, and then next year it's reversed. Some trigger from alcohol, some are relieved by it.
For me personally, stress keeps them mild or even away. Complete relaxation can bring one on, though, if the time of day is right.
