Well, after reading some of the posts I decided to give it a go w/ no analgesics. Of course there are too many factors to be conclusive after a single trial. But, last night (day 10 of expected 30-45) was the worst of this episode so far. 10 pm, 1:30 am, and 6 am with a shot for each after trying to battle through. Before, I had been taking 800mg of Ibuprofen @ 10:00 pm and had only a single middle of the night to early morning h/a. I think I will alternate days with the Advil as I go through the crescendo and see what happens.
