You are not alone. I had a fantastic job but spent the first year paying back my student loan. I was just about to get an appartment when boom!! cluster headaches. I lost my job and returned to Ireland to live with my parents. I had to move home because all my savings were wiped out trying for a cure to this curse.
I am now back in Ireland 4 years and am in a job. I got an appartment but guess what, they came back. My days in work are now numbered as they want me out even though I was certified ill when I had my headaches. It was six weeks straight this time. I have no savings and am living on air each week to keep up with the rent.
I am interested to know how all these people cope with todays demands i.e. job, car, house. How do you pay for your appartment if you cannot work?
I am scared stiff of getting another cluster because I know that I will be either asked to leave my job (not the first time) or my life will be made unbearable so that I am forced to leave.
I would love to hear from you.
