Hello Zoe,..Naturally yes...seeing your phys. is the best route to take first off. Last night I had a cluster hit. Once the main body of it subsided, I was left with a almost pulsid pain (like you'd get if ate icecream to fast, but alittle duller in feeling) and my neck or carotid on affected side felt as if someone were trying to squeeze and pull it from my neck. Every time I moved slightly or breathed to deeply, it would trigger that pulsid pain. That hung around for another 3 hrs after the main cluster. What I firmly believe caused that last part, was blocked sinus. With the main cluster ofcourse I had nasal stuffiness with drainage, but usually after it subsides my nasal passage would clear. Last night it didn't, and it hurt so much to move, that I couldn't really do much to try and clear it. Even steam heat and vicks didn't seem to help. Anyways, it was enough of a residual affect after the cluster to cause me great pain. Luckily staying still and sleep meds help me drift past it and out of it, and I awoke with clear sinuses and no headaches....Goodluck to you...
