Am I doing something wrong. I guess I thought it would go through immediately.

I despirately wanted to know if ringing in ear means an attack is coming on. I can't stand another one.
I must get out of here and make some money today. My day is filled with appointments that I must keep. I am trying to make up for being down Friday.
