Thanks for the response. Some well-meaning people said at the hospital and at the funeral home, "At least he's out of pain and not suffering anymore." That is very true, but now I am suffering, not with physical pain, but with a huge emotional pain.
I have an appointment to meet with the head of the doctors, Wednesday, July 28, at the hospital where he spent many days and eventually died there. Thank you for your support. I wish you many, many, pain-free days.
