Hello Christina-
My heart really goes out to you. I've
never heard of a migraine or cluster on both
sides. I do hear a lot about plane rides and
headaches. I have used over the counter anti-
histamines which sometimes helped and sometimes
seemed to actually cause a cluster.
We all undertand your fear, desperation
and need for answers. I hate to say it but
I don't care for the "Diamond" my way or the
highway arrogance which I've heard about before.
Your situation sounds very complex. Dare
I say from personal experience your on a lot
of preventatives?

Try the MGH headaches menu. The occular
crisis sounds secondary. I sure hope they
dosed you off of the Ativan and Stadol because
there's always the chance your going through
withdrawal.
On a wild guess a Doctor may want to take
you off of eveything and start repetative
DHE-45 IV treatments.
At best Tina I can only wish you well and
hope things are solved for you in NY. I'm
shooting in the dark and can only tell you
of some of my experiences and limited knowledge.
