Hi Linda-
Take 150mg. at bedtime and have done so
for years. I can't say this has really done
anything for the the headaches what so ever
but does help with sleep. I honestly believe
it's used more for migraine although it is
used for chronic pain. Daytime doses are
usually for the sedative effect which you
may or may not want.
