Do the imitrex injections (if you can afford them,
they're quite pricey). They ALWAYS work & you
never have to go through one of these again.
Use whatever usually helps you (O2, etc.), but if
all else fails, TAKE THE SHOT.
Nobody was a bigger wimp than me, but with the
self-injector, I have no problem dosing myself
in the back of the left arm. Please do this.
The thought of anyone having to go through one of
these headaches from soup to nuts is too much for
me to take.
The added benefit of KNOWING that you have
something that will ALWAYS work will lower the
stress and anxiety associated with your cycle.
