Carl I am sorry ypou are going through hell and apparently, you ARE doing what you can. For what it,s worth. I take 360 mgs. of verapamil SR-the generic brand; it is cheap. I started at 240 mgs and nothing happened. My neuro doubled the dosage and it works like magic. There are sources of free or reduced cost meds availble through Patient Assistance programs. Ask your doc if he has some sort of P A program. If not , you could call other docs to see if they have med assistance. Also, you can try Rehabilitation Services as a start. I had to go through the regular bull to I finally was given a source of assistance. Most are based on income ; usually, the National Poverty Level ( about 5-6 thousand bucks a year). LIE if you have to I will do any thing I have to do in order to help my self get rid of the HAs.
Hang in there Carl. I do think the folks are tring to help you but there will always be criticism. The nature of humanity makes it so
