Dear Family-
I am trying to help Carl as many of you also
have. I would like to set up a fund so that Carl
can receive medical care, medication and counseling.
**WE HAVE TO HEAR FROM YOU FIRST CARL**!!!!
If you are interested in this please e-mail
me and I will forward my address. Haven't had
a whole lot of time to think this over but here
are my plans. Any funds I receive (NOTHING is
to small) I will deposit into a special account
designated as the Carl Daniels Medical Fund. The
statement will come to my residence. Your contri-
butions will be kept track of in a ledger and I
can either mail all of you copies of cancelled
checks OR maybe DJ could post these as proof that
monies received were actually used for legitimate
purposes. I have NOT asked DJ about this posting
yet or for that matter even asked his permission
to use his web site for such. I hope this is okay DJ.
Please e-mail me if not.
I will absorb any transaction fees and there
will NOT be any administrative fees on my part.
100% received=100% used for the above stated
purpose.
Through my employer I have handled literally
millions of dollars in cash and my credit rating
is R-1, period. I can and will provide references
to anyone who ask's. If we get to the point that
we ever have left over money we can vote as to what
charity will receive this. Please everyone, let's

Dear Carl:
We know that you need to be helped and want
to be helped. We HAVE to hear from you. EVERY
ONE of us including myself know the pain and trauma
you have and continue to experience. IF this idea
flies (and I expect it will) your participation is
absolutely necessary!!
You are taking some well meaning comments
and or letter's entirely out of context and some
people's feelings are very hurt. An example of this
is Nancy's letter. Your being stubborn Carl and that
is all she meant to convey. She has compassion for
you Carl and I believe you owe her and others an
apology.
PLEASE stop for a minute and think. I'll grant
you the fact that your circumstances have been worse
than most. I'm sure however that you know the story
of the typical cluster headache sufferer which rep-
resents the majority of us. Needless YEARS of pain
and suffering AND MISDIAGNOSIS. My story no doubt
mirrors thousands of others. First you might think
it's your wisdom teeth so you have them pulled. More
headaches so then you might think it's your eyes.
Eye test and in some cases glasses or contacts. More
headaches so then you think it might be your neck
and or back. Needless treatment and in worse case
scenerio's even surgery. More headaches so
you have your sinuses checked. Needless antibiotics,
allergy testing and again in the worst cases surgery.
More headaches so you must have a tension headache.
Just go home and lay down, take a couple of aspirin.
More headaches so you are prescribed antidepressants
and told your nuts. More headaches and some "wonder"
Doctor decides that you need some type of operation.
What's left? If your lucky after years and years
you FINALLY find a Doctor who know's what the Hell is
going on. And all of this caused untold misery and
even death and cost thousands and thousands of
dollars. SO CARL, I respectfully submit to you
that we do know.
Family, I again thank each and every one of you!!
By helping Carl we are helping one another. Think
of what this could turn into....
