I have only recently found this wonderful CH website, so this is a question that might have already been discussed. If so, I am sorry. I have noticed that one of the triggers for my CH is atmospheric conditions. I live in East Tennessee. If, say, a cold front is approaching, I will get shadows when it is about 250 miles away. They usually turn into a full blown CH. Once the front is here the headaches pass. Also if a high pressure zone is sitting directly on top of me, I usually get a CH. Has anyone else noticed anything of this sort?
