I agree with Ken re: dosage of Verapamil.
240-360 daily would be more like it. I have talked to people doing 480/day. I would talk to a Doc. first before upping the dose.
I have been out of cycle since last fall thanks to seasonal Verapamil use. Something else that has helped me get sleep at night is two tylenol PM an hour before bed every night during cycle periods. The pain "treatment" of the asprin is of no use, but the sleep aid prevents you from entering deep sleep, thus escaping the nightly wake up call. There is a down side: When I get up in the morning I always get a HA within an hour. I consider it "Pain Scheduling". It doesn't work for everyone but it does me and I know a few others that it has helped. Give it a try and I hope you can get some sleep.
