Hello, I use Stadol (ALOT) it works well but a word of caution. Use as little as needed. It is very addictive and you build up a resistance to it, like any thing else. I started with a quarter spray which got rid of the headache for awhile and then it was a half, then a full etc. Now it takes me three sprays to keep it down and if there are any triggers involved it can take up to 5 sprays through the course of the headache. This was a case for me where more was not better. Take as little as you need. Find your tolerance point. (the point where it gets rid of the beast) and keep it steady. Dont become addicted to it its not fun. Then not only are you dealing with the beast but you end up having to fight with the beast master as well. Good hunting.
