The history of your episodes sounds remarkably similar to my own, right down to the fact that my recent episode started on 6/28/99 and I had my last attack on 6/18, twenty days later. I started Verapamil seven days into the episode, but it didn't work within 48 hours for me. I'm betting that your episod may have been on the way out in any event, although the Verapamil may have hastened it along.
