Hate to add more bad news but when my boyfriend went to Mayo (at least 5 years ago now) he said they didn't know anything about CH and therefore did even less. Of course, that was over 5 years ago, but if what Drummer says is true, then that about does it.
Sorry! Where are you located? If you're anywhere near Chicago you ought to try the Diamond Clinic. It treats CHs with a fair amount of success.
