Way to go Bob. It's great that something so simple can be so helpful. Exercise doesn't cost anything either. I am very happy this works. I tried it a couple of times myself and it worked for me too. I am now at the end of my cycle - having 1's and 2's. However, I jotted your remedy in my CH notes as well as the ginger ale and grape juice remedy. If they ever come again, I will try these natural remedies first. Thank you for sharing.
