I too have been in similar shoes. I was a starving musician playing in a blues band for two years trying to do what made me happy. I lived off of a 40 pound bag of rice for a month and some horrible kimche. No health insurance and the worst cluster cycle I have ever had. I shared the dump I lived in with a sizeable colony of cockroaches. I think they dug the music though. Anyhow, if I can help you out in anyway, let me know. Anti-depressants made a huge difference for me and may help my clusters some too. Maybe I can help you out. Hang tough. I've formed a sort of relationship with these devils. Instead of panicking and freaking out when they come on, I have learned to invite them in. "If you insist on fucking up my day you bastards, fine. But you're only allowed to stay a short while. I won't argue with you. I'll listen to what you have to say but then you've got to split. I've got too much shit to do." Granted, they never listen but fighting them is pointless.
