I have noticed that during this past cycle I have been much more positive in thinking, and have been enjoying life more than usual, such as being able to watch movies and get to sleep at night. I don't know if it has anything to do with the CH cycle, but it's possible, for all I know, since seritonin (sic?) is involved. In the many months before this cycle hit I was experiencing my usual severe "low points"... Now there's something I would never admit unless I was feeling better! I was wondering if it might have something to do with the fact that it's summer, and there's more sunlight than usual. Last July was the same...
