Michelle, I find that if I am not consistent in meals (skipping, late dinners, etc) that this will kick off a c/h if I'm already in a cycle. I think that blood sugar can be a contributing factor. You might try to ensure that you're eating several times/day (low-cal snacks) to maintain constant levels of blood sugars; try not to skip meals. Julie
