I've not touched alcohol in years, as it is the #1 trigger in my book. I used to drink my way back to Headaches, for years my wife called them Super Bowl Headaches. I would drink socially thru Thanksgiving, then Christmas and Hanukkah, then on to New years Eve, football games, Playoffs. By the time Super Bowl came around the headache was too.
I no longer do that and I still get headaches but not with the frequency I once did. They still hit hard though.
