I am rather new to this site.I found it about 3 or 4 weeks ago.I have never heard the term shadows before but the first time I did here I instantly knew what they were refering to.I have always referred to them as rumblings ie"I feel the rumblings of one commin on"and them rumblings can go on virtually all day sometimes without turning to a full blown CH and sometimes its a mater of mins and im on the floor.I think its good that we develope a common lingo to describe what we feel.Before we can educate others we first have to educate ourselves.this site is the best thing that has happened to me...THANK YOU ALL.
